The Mini Classy, a Milwaukee-based online retailer, sells high-end children’s apparel with bold print and fun patterns. The brand has been sold by national companies such as Barneys New York and Ron Robinson, but also locally at Milwaukee Home. The Mini Classy’s female co-founders want all of their products to be “kid-approved” — so they design with durable, eco-friendly fabric.
When creating the window display for The Mini Classy, our team wanted to showcase their brand’s exciting, playful nature. Using graphics from their latest apparel line, our team constructed a backdrop of the Milwaukee skyline that made child-sized mannequins look larger-than-life. Our team even included a mannequin pup — decided in Mini Classy clothes and running from a whimsical, Santa-hat-topped monster.
To see some of The Mini Classy’s apparel in person, stroll past their window display in the Iron Block Building, at 205 E. Wisconsin Avenue.
